- Exploring the Implant Treatment Modality with Cadavers: (16 CE units). This course is designed for the clinician who is new to implants and wants to learn the basics. The attendees will become familiar with the implant surgical kit, necessary prosthetic components to start-up, basic bone regeneration and grafting , an integral part of endosseous implants. Attendees are encouraged to bring models and x-rays that will be reviewed by OCO staff to assist in treatment planning for the implant cases. Cadavers are used for this course and every effort will be made to have specimens that allow the attendee to graft and place an implant similar to an in-office patient.
- Advanced Cadaver Grafting and Implantology Training: (16 CE Units). This course is designed for the clinician that has placed an implant or who has already restored an implant and is looking to increase their knowledge of grafting and implants. This in-depth course is suggested for practitioners who want to heighten their skill level, learn how to plan effective, time-saving treatment plans and execute more challenging grafting and implant therapies for their patients.

Rob D’Orazio, DDS, DABOI/ID
Dr. Rob D’Orazio is a 1984 graduate of the University of Detroit, School of Dentistry. In 1987, he obtained a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. In 1991, Dr. D’Orazio completed a two year externship at the Midwest Implant Institute, which included obtaining an ACLS certificate and intravenous conscious sedation training. He is a Past President and Board Member of the Midwest Implant Institute Fellowship.
Dr. D’Orazio is a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. In 1999, he was Program Chairman for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry’s Annual International Meeting. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology. He is the Co-Founder of Advanced Implant Mentoring. Dr. D’Orazio has lectured on the subject of implant dentistry in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Dr. D’Orazio currently maintains a referral-based implant dental practice located in Sterling Heights, MI. He, his wife Linda and their son PJ reside in Lake Orion, MI.
